A year of memories

Some great memories

@ThePeachCobbler

Welcome back to the Peach Patch newsletter! Check out my previous newsletters here!

When you get this email I'll be traveling on a short vacation with some of my oldest and dearest community members so I'm taking a bit of a different approach this week. I'm sharing some of my favorite memories over the last year or so!

A few of you also mentioned that the "Donate" button at the top of the email opened a browser instead of the Venmo app so I've fixed that now. No pressure at all to donate though, I'm just happy you're here!

Summer in New York

While the famous jazz song is Autumn in New York, summer has to be a close second season in the city. Sophie, a few friends, and I rode bikes along the Hudson River and stopped at this cool little restaurant on the water. It's an old Vietnam war era ship that's been converted into a fun spot. We soaked in the sun and had some good laughs and snacks!

Besides lounging in the sun, summer means being able to comfortably stand in the line for food. So I checked out Pop Up Bagels which I wrote about in a previous newsletter. Please go try it if you're ever in the city, it's so worth the line. But this shirt was totally my vibe LOL. Should I get it the next time I go?

If you know me, you know I love my teas and Korean culture. This is the best of both worlds! A really cozy Korean tea cafe in the city. If you want to see more of this day be sure to check out my Insta!

The world's my matcha

Because of all your generous support and the amazing community we've built, I've been blessed to be able to travel a lot more for work in the last year. Frankly more than I've ever traveled in my life! Here we are in Twitch Con last year having a blast in between events!

And I was in Copenhagen last year for FNCS eating all the breads and cheese! Here's a candid photo of me on a call with Verizon as we worked on a partnership deal. I had so much fun on that trip and I feel so lucky that I went primarily for work!

Yet another picture of Peach at a restaurant. I think we were waiting for pizza in this one!

My pride and joy

And what Peach Patch would be complete without pictures of my little baby Sophie who just turned 4! We love exploring nature and the city together and she's just the best. She's always happy to be included and wants to go everywhere with her Mama!

This one cracked me up, a friend and I brought our pups to a cute dog cafe called Boris and Horton and all the dogs started swarming us haha. This cafe was actually about to shut down but so many people wanted to keep it open that they managed to raise enough money to keep going! It's a great space that you can let your dog off leash, buy snacks for your dogs and for you!

And this is what happens when I try to leave the apartment without her. She knows how to pull on my heart strings to get me to bring her with me.

And this last one makes me tear up... Sophie at 6 months old. She was so tiny and fit in this bag so easily. Look at that face!

Tune in next week for a recap of the trip I took and I hope you have a great week ahead!
