The Peach Tree lands on the beach

The Peach Tree goes to the beach

Welcome back to the Peach Patch newsletter! Check out my previous newsletters here!

This past week a few of my closest community members and I went to the beach down in Alabama. I am so blessed to have made such great friends through this community and it was a real joy to meet up IRL!

Come on a fun quick trip to the beach with us!

Sand and sun are what the doctor ordered

We landed in Pensacola, Florida for a quick drive over to the beaches of Alabama. I never associate Alabama with beaches but this private beach was really great. Look at how much fun Sophie is having off leash. She had all the zoomies and sprinted around for ages.

I mean look at this picture hahaha. She cracks me up and I'm just chilling in the background. Taking her out of the city always makes me wonder if we should move to the country side and build a homestead. I think Sophie deserves it!

The house itself was a mixed experience. While we had so much fun playing games and catching up, there were several issues with things like the hot tub not working and someone from the management company showing up mid-trip and letting themselves in without telling us.

But other than issues with the Airbnb, I had such a good time hanging out with everyone. What do you think of Farva's hat? He is the captain now.

Sophie was such a good little girl on the whole trip. She stuck to me like glue except when we were playing on the sand. She's such a good cuddler and will curl up into a little cinnamon bun on my lap like a cutie pie.

She's also a good seashell hunter and we found these gems with us. What do you think I should do with them? I wonder what Sophie is thinking in this picture.... "Can I bite the water?"

While she was glued to me, she also loved spending time with all our friends and being a social little cutie.

This was such an impromptu and amazing trip and I'm so glad I took the time to go. I'm also so grateful for everyone taking the time to meet up! I hope you all take some time to make a memory like we did!

And just like Sophie, find the time for a good treat and nap. We can learn a lot from Sophie... I hope you make a good memory and come join us in stream to tell us all about it!

Until next week Peaches, be well and be kind.

I had a lot going on and just couldn't make the time before last Sunday to send one out. In the last 2 weeks we saw an eclipse in NY and I got to explore some new neighborhoods! To get lost in a sea of books I ventured to the Upper West Side to check out this vintage bookstore and it was so worth...
